BAM! We love these unique, striking focal flowers in all of their many forms. Named after the Greek God Proteus, who was known for his ability to assume many states of being, the 1500+ species live up to their namesake. What A Mother's Day!

What A Mother's Day!

Mother's Day is always a hoot around the shop, and this year was no exception. We had our biggest Mother's Day yet and we SUUUPER appreciate all the amazing customers who got their orders in early so we were able to plan better for the wave of orders. A big shoutout to our team who took shifts to keep the shop designing from 6 am to midnight for a few days leading up to the Holiday. And for keeping the vibe fun!

Just Add Flowers: Roller Skates!

With some very avid roller skaters in our shop, we couldn't help but be inspired by their hot wheels.  For the blue and pink skates, we used a neutral green and white palette of roses, lisianthus, hyacinth, and snapdragon. For the pink, yellow, and green skates, we went with an explosion of brightly-colored dried florals, including pampas grass, bunny tail, and baby's breath. Flowers can instantly add life to any photo shoot or event. Plant Parenthood: ZZ Plant

Ah, the ZZ Plant - a favorite among those... with less green thumbs. Snake plant may be the ultimate beginner plant, but the Zamioculcas zamiifolia (aka ZZ Plant or Zanzibar Gem) is close behind. This babe is drought-tolerant, so for the "oops I forgot to water you" plant enthusiast, it's a goodie.
