• Color Palette
• Style & Vibe
• Specific Flowers on Your Wish List
• Bouquets - Quantity & Type: (ex: bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, posies, etc...)
• Centerpieces - Quantity & Type: (ex: 5 family style long tables, 20 eight-person round tables, etc...)
• Other Flowers - Quantity & Type: (2 for dessert table, 1 for hors d’oeuvre table, 1 for bar, 1 for sweetheart table, 200 roses to hand out to guests, etc... )
• Garland - Quantity & Type: (ex: 15’ greens for staircase, 6’ greens with floral accents for couple’s table, 8’ florals only for sendoff car, etc...)
• Wearables - Quantity & Type: (ex: 4 boutonnieres, 4 corsages, and 1 hair clip for bride and 1 flower crown for flower girl)
• Inspiration: we are a very visual crew so PLEASE INCLUDE INSPIRATION PICTURES or a link to an inspiration board if you have them. They don't even have to be images of florals - is there a movie poster that perfectly portrays your vibe? Or do the flowers need to complement a product?
