FAQ


FOR ORDERS FEBRUARY 11th - 14th.
  • ALL LIVE PRODUCT SALES (plants and flowers) ARE FINAL.
  • Place your orders early! Once we hit our capacity we will unfortunately have to stop taking orders. 
  • Please consider PICKUP: If you're able, we HIGHLY encourage you to consider curbside pickup. Please do your best to honor your selected pickup time. If you arrive early, your flowers may not be ready. Need to change your pickup time? Give us a call.
  • Please consider Feb 12th or 13th: Valentine's Day is crazy busy, so if you're flexible and open to surprising your loved one early, we'd super appreciate you for spreading out our workload. 
  • Deliveries will arrive between 9 am and 7pm. Because of the high volumes we are juggling, we can't guarantee more specific times than that, but do our best to take note of flowers going to businesses with certain hours of operation.
  • You, the customer, are responsible for the information provided during checkout. While we're normally down to call and confirm anomalies, like the recipient being the same as the sender, or no card message, due to high volumes, we won't be able to do this during the holiday rush. But if you need to change something about your order, definitely feel free to email us or give us a call.
  • If you are sending flowers to someone at a business, apartment, or any building where flowers cannot be left outside, drivers will likely call recipients BEFORE LEAVING THE SHOP to make sure they are at the location and able to come out to gather the delivery. No worries - it doesn't ruin the surprise, it just bumps the surprise a little sooner and gives them a fun bit of time to be filled with anticipation!
  • If we are not able to leave the flowers, there will be the option to pick up the order instead from our shop or the option for a re-delivery which will require a fee of 50% the original of delivery fee.
  • Unfortunately, there are no returns for customers when recipients refuse to receive a delivery.
REGULAR DELIVERIES
  • Same day delivery order cutoff is 2 pm (Exceptions: Valentine's Day & Mother's Day require ordering more in advance).
  • Delivery Available Monday - Saturday (Exceptions: Valentine's Day & Mother's Day when they fall on a Sunday).
  • Deliveries will arrive between 9am and 7pm. Because of the high volumes we are juggling, we can't guarantee more specific times.
  • Please do your best to confirm that your flower recipient will be at the delivery location, or that there is a safe (secure space, protected from weather) to leave the flowers. In the event that we cannot leave the flowers, you will be issued a delivery fee for 50% the price of your original delivery fee.
  • Since we cannot leave flowers outside apartments, those recipients may be called before the delivery to coordinate.
  • Unfortunately, there are no returns for customers when recipients refuse to receive a delivery.
DELIVERY MINIMUMS

Please make sure your order meets the following cart minimums. Rate based on driving distance from our Studio City shop.

  • 0-3 miles: $75 min.
  • 3-10 miles: $100 min.
  • 10-15 miles: $120 min.
  • 15-20 miles: $150 min.
  • 20+ miles: Give our shop a call to check capacity/availability and determine delivery min/rate.
WHILE IN OUR SHOPS
  • We ask that all guests follow current face mask guidelines in place for Los Angeles County.
  • Upon entering, use our provided hand sanitizer.

 CURBSIDE PICK-UP

Our shops are both open, but with rising COVID-19 numbers rising in Los Angeles and varying needs for individuals, we totally understand if you still want to use curbside pickup to play it safe.


STUDIO CITY

  • Pull around to the back of our shop - on VENTURA COURT.

  • Call 818-754-1188 to let us know you're here (the number is posted outside!)

  • Please mind the distance between you and others by standing a min. of 6' apart from workers and other guests.

FARMERS MARKET

  • Call 323-452-9339 to let us know you're here.

  • As the parking lot can be quite busy, please be mindful of where you are waiting!

RETURNS
  • All live product sales (PLANTS & FLOWERS) are FINAL
  • Shipped boxes and items are FINAL. We pack everything extra carefully to make sure it gets to your recipient safely and in one piece. Please ensure that your recipient's address is a safe place for packages. Once we receive confirmation of delivery, we are unfortunately not liable for porch pirates. 
  • Product returns are accepted in shop within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit with copy of receipt.
