So it turns out San Francisco isn't the only place in California where you can wear flowers in your hair. Here in LA we love a little locks & bloom combo. Want to try it yourself? Just pick you color palette, then use the flower heads, leaving enough of a stem to stick in the hair. For slicker hair, try a little teasing of the hair on the layer underneath to give the stems more of a footing.
